Money in, money out
Will the money last to the final invoice?
The most expensive surprise on a build is not the change order — it is the month the account runs dry with three trades still open. BOB lays your funding over your costs and shows coverage, liquidity and the next bank drawdown in one view.
Coverage
Funding over costs. The gap in red.
Bank loan, equity, grants and whatever else counts — as a bar above your cost plan. If the planned total exceeds the funding, you see the gap hatched, in euros, immediately. Not at year’s end, but before you award the next contract.
Liquidity
The month money gets tight has a date.
From due invoices, payment plans and planned drawdowns BOB builds a monthly line: what goes out, what comes in, where do the curves cross? If money gets tight in March, you want to know in November — while refinancing and replanning are still cheap.
- Month-by-month preview from real due dates
- Commitment interest with the same engine as the calculator
- Drawdown reminders with the bank’s document checklist

Drawdowns
Draw bank money without the paper war.
Every drawdown needs evidence: invoices, progress, sometimes photos. BOB knows which documents belong to which drawdown and bundles them — including a progress report as PDF. The report your bank wants is two clicks away.

Bank loans (with commitment interest and free period), equity, subsidised loans and grants, sale proceeds — each with its own amount. You decide what counts as coverage: a promised but not yet approved grant can be tracked as “not counting”.
Yes, to the month: from loan amount, free period, monthly rate and your actually planned drawdowns — the same engine as the free calculator, but with your real drawdown plan instead of an even spread.
From your own plan: due dates of open invoices, contract payment plans, planned items with time ranges. BOB does not forecast into the blue — it adds up what you have recorded anyway and shows the total per month.
Yes. BOB bundles build progress, paid and open amounts per trade and the related documents as a PDF — the package banks want to see for a drawdown. CSV and XLSX exports for your own analysis included.
No. BOB organises and calculates your own numbers — it recommends no loans, compares no banks and gives no investment tips. It makes sure you enter every bank meeting with clean, current figures.
