Your first uploaded document starts 14 days of full Pro scope — no credit card. Afterwards your project continues on Free: nothing is deleted or locked, only the Pro extras (document recognition, email inbox, line comparison, funding, import and export) pause until you decide.
Because a build has an end. The Build Pass is a one-off €129 and includes everything in Pro for 24 months for one project — no subscription running on after you move in, no notice period. For a typical build it beats the monthly plan.
Any time. From Free to Pro or Build Pass with immediate effect; from Pro back to Free at the end of the billing period. Your data stays complete through every switch.
Every document BOB reads automatically (invoice, quote — via photo, upload or email). Manual entry is unlimited on every plan. Automatic recognition is included in the 14 trial days and in Pro and Build Pass (300 per month each) — not on Free.
BOB is built for private home builders. Pro and Build Pass allow up to 5 members per project — partner, site supervisor, father-in-law with a spreadsheet past. Larger pro team features are deliberately out of focus.
In the app under Account → Plan, one click, effective at the end of the term. Before leaving you can export everything: cost plan, documents, reports. Your data is yours — including on the way out.
