MaBV instalments? Stored and checked.
Buying off-plan, you set up the instalment plan once — BOB checks every instalment against the percentages permitted by the German MaBV, against reported progress and against what you have already paid. Upgrades stay visible as change orders instead of vanishing into the final instalment.

No. BOB points automatically to general statutory rules and cites the source — assessing your specific contract remains a matter for professionals. The guard makes sure you ask the right questions before paying.
Yes. For single contracts BOB runs the arithmetic rules — invoice above contract, duplicates, cash discount deadlines, warranty — and reminds you of acceptance. The special protections of § 650m BGB apply only to consumer building contracts, and BOB presents them exactly that way.
Nothing is blocked — it is your money and your decision. BOB documents hint and decision in the history so you can trace later why you paid the way you did. No hint disappears silently.
